When you first meet Shirley, what stands out the most about her is her very kind spirit. This woman has a joy that is contagious. It is little wonder that she has found herself in the perfect profession that suits her personality.
At the age of 15 she began a journey that took her to the love of cooking. The generations of two women helped her to develop her skills. She has now turned that passion into a full time catering business. Southern home cooking and New American Cuisine is what Shirley specializes in. She enjoys preparing for events such as, weddings, office parites, banquets, Christmas events, Valentine events, and church events.
In October of 2007, Shirley stepped out in faith to launch her career full time. Shirley tells us, "I believe that this is my calling. I get a great joy in my heart watching others enjoy my cooking. I believe that God will use this business to supply the needs of my family. This has been a long journey that I continue to walk and I look forward to where the Lord is taking me."
